I believe that everyone has a natural state of being that is vibrant and loving. Often, we can become disconnected with our natural state through living in a society that doesn't encourage self-connection. My wish is to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment that promotes deep relaxation, giving the body an opportunity to let go of any heavy baggage and return to equilibrium. 
 

The mind-body-spirit connection is at the forefront of my work. I see the body as a guide and messenger for holistic health. My job is to listen and act according to the deeper needs of the individual. Therefore, my work is always unique from person to person and from session to session.

When I am not in session you might find me out in the mountains running, admiring flowers or in town riding my bike. I simply have a love for nature and anything that gets me out there. Other non-outdoorsy hobbies of mine include meditation, eating tasty food, and cozy blankets.
