Ok, I booked my first appointment. How should I prepare?

Thanks for booking! Now aside from just waiting for your scheduled appointment date, you may speed up the initial visit process by printing and filling out an Intake Form and Policy and Procedure Form. I have printed out forms that you may fill out upon arrival of your initial visit. If you didn't have the chance to fill them out prior, I ask that you try to arrive 10-15 minutes early.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit/ debit card payments.

Can I add Energy work to my Massage session?

Yes! I view Massage and Energy work to be intertwined with one another other. Therefore when I perform a massage I am also incorporating Reiki and Shiatsu techniques wherever I find it to be beneficial.

Do you do House-calls?

Yes, I do House-calls upon request. I add a $10 fee for visits within Harrisonburg City limits. Visits outside of Harrisonburg are subject to a higher fee.

*I will not be able to include Hot Stones into these sessions.

I have allergies and chemical sensitivities. What products do you use?

I do my best to maintain my space clear of allergens and I always use hypoallergenic products. Here is a list of the products that I currently use. You may click on each product to be sent to the manufacture's website if you would like to read over the ingredients:

* My CBD products contain scents that can be irritating to sensitive individuals. I will always ask for permission before applying CBD products.

I've reached out but I haven't heard back from you, what should I do?

I do my best to respond to everyone who reaches out, within 24-48hrs.

If you e-mailed me and haven't heard back from me, within 48hrs, try checking your spam folder. Sometimes my email gets sent there instead of your inbox.

I receive a fair bit of spam calls, so if you called but did not leave a voicemail, I often will assume that it was a spam call. 

There are times when I may not respond within 48hrs. In these instances, it would likely be due to other life events. I apologize for the inconvenience and will do my best to get back you as soon as I can.

Can I book an appointment outside your normal hours/ a last minute appointment?

I can accept last minute appointment/ appointments outside of my normal within my capacity. Give me a call or send me a text to check in with my availability.
