MY SERVICES
In each session I employ techniques from modalities in which I have been trained, and create a personalized plan to address the unique needs of each individual. My training includes Hot Stones, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Mobilization, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki. If preferred, we can concentrate on one specific modality.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Each Therapeutic Massage is individualized to best meet the needs of my clients, with the overall aim of promoting deep relaxation, release, and relief.
ENERGY WORK
In energy work sessions I utilize reiki, shiatsu, and reflexology to promote flow, balance, and openness in the energetic body.

Joint Mobilization
A clothes-on option of bodywork. Gentle Stretching. Aiding range of motion. Deeply relaxing and relieving. Similar to a Thai Massage.
